Our kitchen was redone before we bought the house and is a pretty likable, traditional style. The problem is I love light and airy and that it's not! Because we're planning on selling within the next few years I don't want to put the time and money into changing things, not to mention this style will probably appeal to more people. The backsplash is beautiful tile but again, not my style. Does anyone know if I can put removable breadboard wallpaper over the tile without damaging it? Any other suggestions to lighten things up a bit? Since I can't change out the granite or paint the cabinets I figured the wall color and backsplash was the way to go. If I can't do anything with the tiles, would it look ok to paint the walls a grey-blue? Not sure how that would look with the yellow tiles. Thanks so much!!!
