Hi there, the paper review forms were discontinued a couple years ago - they actually proved more difficult for clients to submit complete reviews. Your best bet is to use the Get Reviews link on your profile and send out invitations through your Houzz profile. All your client needs to do is click the link and fill in the form. Hope that helps!

We did a complete renovation of our family home.

Our contractor Cobblestone Development/now Cobblestone Remodeling, 3066 N. Clybourn Ave, Chicago....Recommended Builder's Cabinet. That is the only good thing that came out of Cobblestone Remodeling was the great recommendation, and leading us to Ronnie Quinones.

We had Ronnie Q. as our designer for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. He is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and patient. He worked with us, our vision, needs, wants and put his skills to work. His attention to detail, honesty, gave us confidence, and made it easy to work with Builder's Cabinet.

Even though we had some glitches, Ronnie went above and beyond the call of duty to make things right. He made sure we were happy and got what we paid for.

Through all the ups and downs of our project, he was there for us and his product.
