My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I fixed my earlier blunder, but it can be so frustrating when you can't find the item you want in all of these wonderful photos! So, these pendants are from Progress Lighting, item P3701, and there are two finish options - I found them on lightingdirect.com, but I am sure that many other places would carry them! I like them, too!

    I saw them at Lowes in the brushed nickel finish. They also have them at Ferguson. They now come in two sizes the 11" which is shown and an 8 1/2 in. The smaller size is on back order until at least mid July.
