Thanks for your question.

The company we worked with called ETC Homes would be the best place to get an accurate dollar amount. Trevor & Shelley are fantastic to work with.

The home had two additions - 8' x 5' on the front and a 18' x 12' on the rear. There was also a three car garage added to the parcel.

Renovations to the exterior were extensive including stone work, cedar siding, new soffit/fascia/eaves-trough, new shingles, two exposed aggregate porches and an exposed aggregate rear deck, 8' walk-way and steps (exposed aggregate), all new windows & doors, and more.
