I'm considering this for my kitchen. How will it stand up to canning tomatoes, salsa making, etc.?

Hi Leslie, It will stand up just as well as any other granite. No counter material is impervious to stains if abused, so just make sure to wipe up after work and it should hold up just fine. I feel like the more movement or veins in the counter, the less a stain or scratch will show, if and when they occur. This client is an avid chef and she has had no issues with this product.
