Big Chill appliances

Hi everyone,
I will be remodeling our kitchen and like the cottage look. Does anyone have experience with Big Chill appliances. They look great, but you can't pick big ticket items just on looks (or shouldn't, anyway ;-) What about the quality? How long have you had your Big Chill appliances and have you had any issues? Is it hard to get service? I would appreciate any advice.
