Lori,

I apologize for making you wait for a response! While I cannot track down the exact tile that we used in this project, this tile design is widely available through many retailers. Here is a link to a similar tile:
http://www.besttile.com/index.php?mact=Products,cntnt01,details,0&cntnt01category=Ceramic+and+Porcelain&cntnt01pagelimit=100000&cntnt01summarytemplate=Category-Line-List&cntnt01productid=252&cntnt01page=1&cntnt01returnid=116&cntnt01returnid=116

Its an inexpensive porcelain mosaic called "white octagon with white dot" -- we would source it from Best Tile, but its made by US Ceramic -- it is relatively common and should be available anywhere -- I am pretty sure that Home Depot carries US Ceramic products
