My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I bought that sofa at the 59th st. and Lexington Bloomingdales in 2007. Then it sat in storage for years before Erik and I moved everything, so it'd been barely used and still looks great (thank god). All I know: it cost a fortune and there is no tag on it. I truly have no idea who made it. But it was the only one at Bloomies. It took almost 3 months to get it since it was custom made, I think in North Carolina. I've tried to find it online and even called Bloomies, to no avail. Sorry :(

      @deb1957 The couch is leather. And it was uber pricey. I protect it with blankets and sheets most of the time for laying around. Not exactly family friendly.
