Need help with kitchen upgrade 30" gas cooktop & hood design

Want professional style look & function, easy cleaning. Will be adding a stone backsplash. Will take out microwave above stove. Cabinet could stay or go depending on hood requirements. Considering GE Monogram, Wolf or Thermador.
