Depends on the style you are looking for. 2nd sofa fits well in a contemporary setting.

If you are looking for transitional, in my opinion that rules out options 2 and 4 because they are, respectively, quite modern and quite traditional. Unless you require that to act as a counterpoint to other furnishings or accessories in the room, consider taking those out of the mix and chose between 1 and 3.

If I chose sofa 1 or 4, I would possibly pair with these chairs.

If I choose #2 sofa I would possibly pair with something like this.
