I need some help with our new house. We just moved in last summer. We do have grass now but that's it. As it is in a new subdivision, the houses are close together and the yard's are small - which is fine since we don't have much time for maintenance. I need to link the deck on top with the bottom and make the best use of the space overall. We would also like to create some privacy between our back neighbours and ourselves. The plan is to put up a fence, and a deck or patio, but other than that, we aren't sure. Any suggestions?
