My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love the dark wood look, but wonder if it shows everything. I'm considering it for a kitchen.

    Dark wood is very practical and is the perfect color to use in a kitchen. The only drawback with a dark wood would be lint or animal hair but other than that it is an excellent choice for any room in the house. This is a hand scraped wood floor which makes it extremely durable. We have used it in restaurants, retail stores and in residential applications and it has performed beautifully!
