love the cabinets. what kind of wood? and style?

These cabinets have wider panels than the normal Shaker style I've seen. Are the drawers also similarly paneled? What kind of wood are they? What color stain?

    The wood is Red Birch in a natural clear finish. The drawer fronts are just a slab style. Yes the stiles and rails of the doors are much larger than standard and have a relief cut at the joints.
