Those chairs were in the 2009 fall catalog at Pier One. Don't know if the pattern and model are still available. Worth a look. I almost bought them myself!

The chairs were from Pier1 3-4 years ago. I haven't seen them in since but I did just see this week that they have the pattern in a curtain. JoAnn Fabrics also has the pattern in a few different color options.
