My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I just ordered this table and was wondering if you used anything to seal the top? I have 3 small boys and really love this table. Can you tell me how it is holding up. It is going in my kitchen and will see a lot of use! Everything I have read so far said use Monocoat to seal , what do you think?
