Antoinette is a wonderful rep who has always been there for me. She loves her designing and Schuler Cabinetry and it shows in her enthusiasm. She has taught me so much about the benefits of designing in Schuler first; the finish is of the highest quality, the modifications are endless and reasonably priced and the results are wonderful. I have only worked with Antoinette as a Vendor Representative for a few months, but have been nothing but impressed so far. She knows her products well, always replies quickly if I have a question or problem, and provides a weekly update on all my outstanding orders to my email, which is much nicer than an auto-faxed report to the general fax number on file. She returns calls promptly on the rare occasions she doesn't answer when I reach out. Her familiarity with her product is exemplary; she has never failed to demonstrate great knowledge of the design process and provide solutions and suggestions when needed. Schuler as a company is a joy to work with: their products are beautifully crafted, the company-level customer service is top-notch and Antoinette is the consummate representative. It is ALL good!
