That kitchen area looks very difficult to work in. Unfortunately without a good, sized floor plan I can only suggest very basic alternatives.

One would be to make the refrigerator area where the chair and turned cabinet are currently it would take a bit of your breakfast area from the looks of it. Move the range top and wall oven to the current refrigerator wall. Putting the wall oven to the extreme right or left of that section so there would be counter to the left and right of the cooktop.

That's a lot of running to prepare a meal and I am sure there are better options.
