My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Here is a link to this Thomasville pendant. It's a great option for people with a two story foyer that's on the smaller side since it's only 17 inches wide but it is 34 inches tall.

    Lighting is 'the icing on the cake'. Before we go to take photos of kitchen projects, I always ask, "Have you done finishing touches like light fixtures and curtains/blinds?". The light fixture truly makes or breaks a remodel /redesign.
