My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is the mirror above the fireplace concealing a flat screen? If so, are they considered to be as clear viewing as a regular flat screen? Thank you.

    Mirrors concealing TVs are a significant compromise in terms of picture quality and reflections. In the room above, the very high ambient light and lighting fixtures degrade the tv image. At night, it is probably acceptable if indeed there is a tv behind the mirror.
