My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    You finally found a floor for the kitchen! How much did it cost? Was it more than you $500 budget?

    It's not exactly what I wanted, but had lots of comments on if I can't match the floors to the living room choose something completely different. It's also a temp fix . It's at least better than what I had.. Yes, it was in budget thinking of doing a marble subway tile backsplash and dark grey for the walls ????
