It's not very cohesive. It's not for the amount of colors it's that they aren't doing anything.

First and foremost the chair blends with the wall. Secondly there is nothing to tie the bedding with the room. You need to pull it together. The image below is an example because I'm terribly lazy. But color needs to move about the room or it all gets very compartmentalized.

So one thing if the chair is not a valuable antique paint the legs black. Get a rug (do that first ) that has all the tones. Then integrate color through-out with pillows and vases and throws to make it flow better. You don't have to go crazy just a few touches here and there.

Also because the window makes things feel a little lopsided on the bed wall is it possible to turn the bed to where the round mirror is?

Thanks for the ideas. I can paint the legs. I'd like to get other bedding but not sure what to get. I don't know if turning the bed will help because 3 ft from the round mirror is an even larger window (8 ft) that ends at the corner.

Rugs are much more difficult things to find then bedding. Find a area rug that has a beige base and other colors in it that you like then we can go shopping :) With all that room in your bedroom you may even be able to angle the bed in that corner. That would center it between the windows nicely.

Since the warmer months are coming consider an all white/ivory textured bedding set. Texture is as important as color balance. You can not go wrong with a natural material like cotton and you can play it up with whatever colors suit your mood.
