My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The door is made utilizing Sapele, which is a beautiful African mahogany. It was custom built by a local mill work company by the name of Centerpointe.They are located in Portland, Oregon

    Hi, could you give more detail re the door? Is it a solid slab of mahogany, or is it laminate?

    The door was fabricated utilizing a stack laminated solid wood core for stability which was then covered with 1/2" thick solid stock matched grain Sapele.
