I'd like to get some opinions on a induction versus gas cooktop not so much for the cooking aspect but the design, when I initially started this project ii was going to use white kitchen cabinets with either a Pietra Cardoza or a soapstone countertop now as I'm ready to pull the trigger I want to do grey cabinets (not dark) with marble, either a Calacatta, Carrera or Caldia Marble. I'm afraid if I did the induction cooktop it's going to look too stark against the white marble now I'm leaning towards the new Wolf gas cooktop? Thanks !
