My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

how is the mirror placed in the wall?

    The mirror location was predetermined and Tiles were installed to accommodate it being inset. Use SS (or brushed) metal tile edging, 'then' measure the inside recess to order the custom sized mirror.

      Believe it or not, a lot of the time, mirrors like this are just epoxied or glued to the wall (with some kind of very special glue that your contractor will know about). It's how the mirror was installed in our more traditionally styled West University bathroom as well. The frame was installed on top of this after the mirror was installed.

      However, please get with a contractor or do your research before trying to DIY anything like this! Not the best thing to DIY.

      We designed the vanity and it was built, custom, by our contractor. It was a simple design and depending on the size you want, it doesn't need much material. If you go to a stone yard they often have scraps of slabs that are very inexpensive to free. You could probably fabricate this yourself, fairly inexpensively.
