You are so right, to keep the look fresh and updated we used only a paint, without a glaze. The color is a custom mix paint in a light gray/blue/green which highlights the honed carrera marble veining in the counters and backsplash.
If you're thinking of using a white paint on the cabinets, be sure to keep the color a shade darker than the white in the carrera marble.
This will keep the white marble from looking 'gray' or dirty - and show off your beautiful white marble slabs at their best!
