Plan to make into a one bedroom?

Heidi, I saw this plan on houseplans.com, which doesn't show the extension on the right side -- basically the plans for the bathhouse and kitchen. I'm looking for small house plans and this is exactly what I'm looking for. Nothing I've seen before comes close.

Are there plans that show the conversion to a cottage with a bedroom anywhere and what the adjusted square footage would be? I love this cottage with the additional room.

Yes, that is right. The bedroom came later and Houseplans just wanted the bath house. The bath house is 14'x14'. The attached bedroom is 12.5'x19'. I will speak to Housseplans about providing the added bedroom plans.

We are also interested in this plan as a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom. I could see the kitchen being an eat-in kitchen it one toilet/shower was taken out. I have just been on houseplans.com but can't find the bedroom version.
