I am trying to find a solution to store/cover about 6 large wheelie bins down a "servitude" in a small complex/development. They will be stored up against a wall which can have something attached or built into it. The reason for building this would be to prevent any bad smells close to collection day.
The catch is that we are in an area that has a lot of snakes and a few people have been bitten already so whatever we implement can't provide any cool dark places for them to hide.
Any ideas houzzers?
