We are purchasing this home. The door is facing south west and therefore I feel the house should be more earthy in colors. I am thinking of a brown roof, a sandy (not yellow or grayish but brown sandy, beige, light) vinyl, and a dark yellow door, and dark brown shutters, perhaps some awnings? I think the door should also be bigger/double, and would get rid of all the shrubs in front of the house to open the view of it, and perhaps add pebbles instead of grass... perhaps even add a porch... your ideas?
