Your room looks more on the traditional side (in a good way), and your sofa is already armless with legs showing so I would go with a pair of upholstered (skirted), club chairs, be mindful of the scale, in a patterned fabric. Face the sofa towards the fireplace with a chair on either side. (Symmetry works here) You can then add your tables - coffee, end, sofa - lamps, artwork and accessories. Tips: Use larger scale art, mirrors and accessories so they don't get lost and don't hang your artwork too high. Group smaller, like-items or collections together. Looks like a beautiful room, would love to see more pictures. Oh yeah, and window coverings :-) (The hard part is coordinating all the colors and patterns!)
