Love the boxed out fireplace look. It's modern, yet comfortable. With the red brick, what color are you thinking for the fireplace? What materials are you considering?

Long, thin white or cream ledgestone would compliment the lines of the room, and we really like the framed fireplace look, which would break the fireplace up from the rest of the wall and add a nice touch. Here's a similar style:
