I worked with Greg for over a year on trying to purchase my house. He was accurate and very honest about the whole process. I would work with them again anytime!

I am writing to recommend Columbia Redevelopment, which is a husband, wife owned business in Portland Oregon, who buy houses for cash.
With a very hot market and substantial repairs needed, we decided to sell our house for cash, which enabled us to have money in hand to put down an offer immediately on our dream home.
My first call was handled directly by Greg Perrin. I explained our situation, he sent someone to look at our house the same evening.
He contacted me shortly after and made an offer that was fair and met our needs.
Selling your home for cash can be a daunting and risky choice.
I spoke with 2 different companies and the difference was night and day.
I am so very grateful to be writing this review for Gregg Perrin and Columbia Redevelopment. We put our trust in his commitments and not only did he meet every one of them but went beyond to help us every way he could. Working with Gregg we were able to sell our home, buy our new home, close both and be sitting here writing this review in my new home, within 30 days! Without Gregg and his team this would not be possible. Our gratitude, immeasurable!
Here is what is offered from Columbia Redevelopment.
The company’s goal is to pay cash for the property, negotiate a close date and move out date. It was our experience and that of other reviews I read, that Gregg and his company go beyond to make the transition as easy as possible.
We sold our house in “as is” condition and the ability to leave behind what we did not want or could not take.
This was huge incentive for us.
I spoke with Gregg on my first call, throughout the process he was available for questions or concerns and responded timely. This made me feel confident in the transaction throughout.
His finance team of professionals were extremely responsive to phone calls, requests, emails etc. and also there to guide us through the process.
These are some important differences I found in this reputable company offering cash for your home, versus what I would call a shady company claiming to offer the same.
A respectable amount of earnest money down.
A professional contract delivered promptly through email.
(We had an attorney and our Realtor look at the contract and received, green lights).
A fair and final offer and price for property. ALL closing cost paid by Columbia Redevelopment
A professional team established to support seller through to signing.
Gregg and his company were amazing and safe to work with.
If you want or need to sell your house for cash Columbia Redevelopment is the best choice. They are professionals with integrity and compassion, willing to meet one where they are in order to move on.
Thank Columbia Redevelopment and especially, Gregg Perrin for being the vital part to us making our dream a success.

My mother passed away in Jan and the estate was looking for someone to sell the house to. We were working with someone originally who did not feel right, he seemed in a big rush to get me to sign a contract asap. My mother’s neighbor just sold their house to someone so I inquired as to who they sold to. The owner said they had worked with Greg from Columbia Redevelopment. I decided to give them a call and set up an appointment with Greg.
We met with Greg and his wife a few days later. They were very concerned and willing to talk about my mom and her passing, they put no pressure on us to sign a contract or anything, and then let us know what they were willing to do for us and what their plans for the house would be. We told them that we could not give them an answer right away and that we needed to think about it, they we very respectful and gave us our space.
We decided to use Greg 2 days later. He was very good about walking us through the process of closing. Any questions I had, and there were a lot, he always responded quickly and professionally. After Greg was done with the house he gave us a walk through and let us see the finished product. His company did a great job remodeling the house.
I just want to thank Greg for making the process of selling the house so easy during such a difficult time.

I sold my house to Columbia Redevelopment, Inc., in the spring of 2013. I worked with Greg Perrin, and I found him to be honest and easy to work with.
I had moved out of Oregon, and Greg sent a letter expressing interest in buying my home. At that time, I did not know him or his company, and I did not know whether to trust that he was actually interested in making a purchase. I called anyway, and we arranged a time for him to do a walk-through of the house. He made an offer shortly after the walk-through, and things moved along easily after that. The house sale was closed within about six weeks. Greg was professional, cordial, and flexible in my dealings with him.
I enjoyed working with him and he made the home-sale experience easy and pleasant.

I needed to empty and sell my Mom's house in SW Portland last summer. During the month that it took to get ready for a huge sale, I talked with several realtors who gave me a good idea of what they thought they could sell the house for. I was not ready to list with the realtors, though.
During the estate sale, I met Greg and Laura, who were interested in the house and property. They made an offer that was very enticing. I calculated that by the time i paid to get the house ready to sell, tested the fuel tank for leaks and backfilling, paid the real estate commission and any other costs a buyer may require before purchasing, I decided that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Their offer penciled out to be just about what I could expect to receive if a realtor sold my Mom's house. The bonus was that I could have the sale completed immediately. The realtors I talked with did not know just when the house would sell, so I would be looking at yard maintenance and continued utility bills until the property finally sold.
Bottom line, I accepted their offer and within a couple of weeks, the paperwork was completed and the full purchase price was in Mom's bank account. Greg and Laura were great to work with, up front and fair. I did not know them- they were total strangers and I lived out of town, so being very responsive to questions and easy and available for any communication was really important. Following through on their word went a long way toward building trust.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Greg and Laura and their company, Columbia Redevelopment and would recommend them and their services.
