my client is having trouble leaving a review

Hi, a few of my clients are older, and not so computer savvy, She didn't want to sign in on Facebook, and was afraid her review would not be shown. her name is Marcia Brown. this has been an on going problem and my older clients get very confused and upset.thank you Susan Nelling

Hi Susan,

I'm sorry to hear that your client had difficulties leaving a review. She doesn't have to sign in to Facebook in order to leave a review, however if she finds the online way confusing it might be better for her to use the paper review forms. Use this link and follow the instructions.
