What is the grey siding made of?

Beautiful job. Is the grey siding wood or cedar shakes or vinyl or what? Is there a brand name? Is the grey color hand painted? Thank you in advance.

    Thank you so much. This complete home remodel was a labor of love from the outside to the inside. The siding is a cement siding by James Hardie and the color is actually a soft sage green which might show up on your monitor as gray. I specified a larger board width for the siding and in the end gables the shake singles. I hope this helps!

    I'm sorry, I have looked for this information and realized that the paint chips we selected were given to the contractor. It is a Sherwin Williams exterior paint in a grayish sage.
