No, everything in the room will be brand new...bed, bedding, furniture, etc. So this one is a blank slate.

Yes, it's easier to match paint colour to your bedding than the other way around. And you really have to try out colours in the room, because the light in your room affects the colour.

But...and keep in mind I can only judge colours on screen, they may look entirely different in real life... this bedding could look nice with SW Silvermist.

Wow the room is gorgeous, always nice to start with great bones. Since it is filled with light would you consider dark walls like this inspiration picture with a white ceiling? Paired with white bedding you can have your choice of accent colours, lots of colours pair with chocolate.

I definitely like carolins idea with the bedding. but if the floors are going to be stained darker, this might like good (aside from the the big windows, I have no idea what your will look like), but I think that would be a nice fit. But you could also go with a light color for the headboard because of the light walls but a darker color would be more calm in my opinion. I really like the color of the walls you chose, so I hope that this gives you some inspiration.

Go find some bedding that you love and then chose your wall colour.
