Exterior paint advice needed!

In the process of building our new home and getting ready for paint. I love the James hardie "Monterey taupe" color. Is there a Benjamin Moore color that is similar? I think that BM 1476 "squirrel tail" looks similar. Has anyone used this color on the exterior of their house? What about a cream trim color? And door/shutter colors...I'm thinking about a dark brown/grey. Any advice or ideas are greatly appreciated!
