I would go with the most stain resistant material, after all it is such a high use area and stains are easy to get, difficult to remove and they look nasty.

I have Caesarstone and its an absolute dream. I personally would not want to risk installing something so long term and it gets damaged in the first few months. Try getting a sample of their Pure White and see if you like it.

White Corian does not stain. It is also repairable if something happens. Caesar stone is a harder material but is not as repairable so it is a trade off. I have heard that belt buckles mark white Caesar stone because it is stronger than the metal.

The quartz products are excellent durable low maintenance products. Caesar stone pure white is bright and clean, but if you want some pattern the white on white "organic white" is a good consideration. Also suggest "Silestone Zeus" which is available in polish, but I especially like the suede finish for a matt look.
