I love the flooring in this house ? Are all the floors identical? Did they buy wood as shown or have to strip/bleach to get the effect ?

    the floor is oak original to obtain that we first stain black with a wax then stripp it down unless we like the result then oiled it

    the chair is by Charles eames edited by vitra I think ( iam sure of the designer but not the brand...)
