My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We utilized Cumaru decking with hidden fasteners, there is no stain on the deck, used a clear penetrating oil to enhance the natural beauty of the wood. The deck is 450sqft. The handrails and posts are AZEK with the Round Metal balusters. The joist / beam framing is typical deck framing on 6x6 posts.
