My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Width of house

Hello, could you share the width of the house? We may be purchasing a home in Ocean City, NJ with a 40x100 lot and were were wondering if we could build something like this. Side yard setbacks are 11 feet with a minimum of 5 feet on one side. Thanks!
