Need to replace lighting around front door

I want to replace the current lighting around my front door, not sure what style or how big I should go?

    . if anything look for something that is mounted more on the center of the back plate. in the picture see how the fixture weight is more toward the bottom. this will help with balance. Black is a good color. just couldnt find the sample i wanted ..
