Yes, the wallpaper is quite unique.

Glad you like it, but these are 18x18 tiles, since this wall goes to the bathtub, we had to put tiles. My idea was exactly that, create a focal point wall like we do with wallpaper.

Hi Laura, these are tiles as mentioned above. We kept the mirror as is because of tight budget, but you are right, framed would have been nice !

yes, now that you pointed out that they are tiles I can see the lines. They are beautiful! Maybe the owner can find a good deal on a mirror in the future or what we did was took the plate glass mirror my hubby had and built a frame around it for dirt cheap (simple molding painted to match other trim in the br), just to give it a little more finished look. In their case, they could rotate the mirror 90 degrees to fit trim on around it and get a little more height on the mirror which would proportionally be pleasing in my opinion. :) Looks good as it though too!

Great idea, but it is glued to the wall, that is why we did not touch it during remodelling !
