We've nearing the homestretch of completing our home in Iowa. I had selected Hunter Douglas Nantucket shades for their sleek, sophisticated look and light filtering capabilities. Now, a concern has been raised by the window treatment salesperson that these won't minimize solar heat enough for these large windows that face SW. Help! I love the look and don't really want to go to cellular shades or roller shades. Anyone have experience with the solar reflective/heat minimizing properties of the Nantucket shades? Photo shows the windows we need shades/treatments for. Thanks!
