We are remodeling the kitchen, all except for the cabinets..although considering painting the honey oak cabinets a white or cream. New tile floor is in, island is being custom made and in the painting stage. We are painting the island Pratt & Lambert Fedora . Our granite counter tops will be installed (template done) in 10 days. We are thinking of a cream subway backsplash. We want to choose a wall color and get that done before the countertops arrive but having a hard time choosing the best color. The wall will abut the living room walls which are a "coffee with 2 creams" color, if you can imagine that :)
The countertops will be Yellow St Cecelia Classic. Although we have considered a pale yellow based wall cover,we don't want too much yellow in the walls with the yellowish granite tops. We have white trim baseboards. We don't want the walls too close in color to the tiles.
I would love suggestions for wall color. Thanks!
