In complementing the gorgeous architectural elements within your space, we suggest neutral colors consisting of a light chiffon creme for your walls. Consider accenting the columns and other existing trim in white. Or, contemplate your walls painted in white with the columns and other trim accented in taupe.

Are you asking us to help you decide on a color for the kitchen? It's difficult to give any color choices without knowing the color of your cabinets, counter top, fixtures, etc. Do you like bold colors or calm, neutral colors?

Choosing a color for a room will depend on many things like the color of the nearby rooms, furniture, fixtures etc. based on your house architectural style it seems that a creamy white or a light tan family of colors would work. Hard to tell midway through construction but it seems a little dark so in would go with a lighter color.
