Couple of questions since everyone gave me such good advice about drawers under the cooktop. How many pendants does an 85" island need? Our new house has the option of replacing the standard 4 bulb fluorescent fixture (yuck) with recessed lighting & pendants. Also wondering what people are currently using for under-cabinet lighting. We can have them all wired to work off a single switch. We've never had that leisure in our current house - used individual fluorescent lights all these years. I'm excited about the single switch, but don't have a clue what to use.
