HI Sandy, that light fixture is from the LIghting Center from 2006. Unfortunately the store closed recently and I do not know what was the model/name of the fixture; it was hand picked in their showroom.
If you work with a lighting store in your area, they might be able to find it for you if you show them the photo. Tell them it was a sphere that was made of crystals. It costs aproximately $5,000.
If not, there are a few sphere-like fixtures in the Market today, although I have not see one with Crystals.
