My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I want something that can also work as a total black out. The great room is also our theatre room. Help!

    Great space! I am a huge midcentury modern fan and you will rarely see window treatments in a home of that style. Motorized roller shades that can hide in a valance when not in use is the first thing that comes to mind but the angled ceiling will make that tricky. Get a local pro out to your home to discuss some options. Good luck!
