If your studio is to have pendants above the bar, see if you can get yours lowered more than the ones shown. You may not have the option though. Be careful with your selection of fabrics with the southern exposure. You want to avoid sun fade. Also stick with small scale furnishings so you have room to maneuver around. Assume you'll eat/study at the bar or put a table/desk next to it in the corner. You could wall hang a TV above the table there if you'll have one. See about removing the doors on the closet and WD and use cordless fabric roman shades or even curtains mounted on extension rods to hide them. They can add color and pattern, while eliminating the congestion of door swing issues. The large end wall will then be open for a bed/settee with storage underneath and your art above. You should have room for a pair of swivel chairs that can turn to the bed/sofa for conversation or to the other end of the space to watch TV.

Well, I would put a table approx. where the word "kitchen" is. If you have overhead lighting, I might attach a chandelier. I would use floor-ceiling drapes to trick the eye. I would use the top right corner for the living area, and face the furniture towards the top. I'd put some interesting focal feature on the wall, whether cool wallpaper, a mirror, or a beautiful floor-ceiling tv center. Then, I'd use the bottom right area for the sleeping area. I would separate the space with either curtains or a bookcase. Hope that gives you some ideas.

Eh, scratch that. I would put the bedroom in the top right corner and end it even to the line of the first window, and use the living area for the bottom corner.
