My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We love this fabric, too! The embroidery really adds a special touch - excellent choice. While this fabric is PERFECT for draperies, we don't yet have it available for purchase as a curtain on Houzz. I have attached an image to this discussion so you might see what the pattern looks like on a drapery - the cost per 84"h x 50"w, lined panel is $228.
