I like your plan, though I'd probably do dark stained doors for closets and master bath as well, with white trim throughout, white cabinetry, and a white pantry door only if it is next to the kitchen cabinetry. White trim with dark wood doors is a classic combination, used in many historic houses (including mine) and can look good in a new build too, depending on the architectural style.

I have stained doors (cherry) and white trim in my house. I like how the doors become more of an architectural interest when stained. Make sure the doors are important, though.

Context is key. I have a small bedroom, 9x10, in a newly constructed condominium. The room has eight ebony-stained doors including closets, and entrances to room and bath. The dark doors are too demanding. One solution, to streamline the room, might be to paint the room a dark color to compliment the ebony stain or to paint the doors white consistent with the trim and light grey walls. Alternatively, a bleached wood or ash tone on the doors, would compliment the New England bleached sand-toned floors and tone-on-tone color scheme of the building.
